“Just-a-Minute” (JAM) is a dynamic new campaign to create personal peace, launched by the Brahma Kumaris World Spiritual University. It introduces regular one-minute periods of silence into people’s lives, whether stressed out city executives, busy mums, high profile public figures – or even prolific writers 
They have now produced a clever and beautiful video clip to show how easy it is for everyone of us to get peace in our lives and spread our light.
